Gas Analysis Turnkey Systems

Integrated System

• IRGAS Turnkey Analysis System architecture includes: ABB Bomem FTIR Spectrometer; CIC Photonics White Cell (long path gas cell) the 4Runner; and SPGAS, a user-friendly chemometric software engine that employs a weighted multi-band CLS algorithm developed in collaboration with Sandia National Laboratories.

Spectrometers

• The IRGAS Analysis System design is based upon the ABB Bomem MB3000 and WorkIR Spectrometers
• Our long path gas cells work equally well on other spectrometers in the FIR, MIR, NIR spectrum
• Our systems can be modified to operate in other frequency ranges using other forms of spectroscopy

Systems

• EPITORR - portable system designed for compatibility with Epitaxial Reactors
• IRGAS - Gas analysis systems designed for FT-IR spectrometer, varying pathlength cells, high energy throughput, ppm to low ppb
• EP-IRGAS - Gas analysis systems designed for encoded photometric infra-red spectrometer, 2.5um to 5um spectral range adsorption, low ppb sensitivity, real-time analysis, uses Guided Wave EP-IR Spectrometer
